Since its inception 42 years ago as a Friendship Society, the Malaysian-German Society has been a major contributor to the cultural and social scene in Penang. Our activities include the teaching of the  German language, classical music concerts,  talks, film shows, art exhibitions, cultural performances, Oktoberfest, social functions and many more. We cordially invite every one of you to come and join us at our functions!

 

Admission to the German-language classes at the Malaysian-German Society is open to anybody who is interest in learning the language. The classes are conducted by qualified language teachers with the aid of videos, radio cassettes and other audio visual methods.

 

Membership is open to any person who wishes to support the objective of Malaysian-German friendship.
